We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer with a strong background in both user experience and user interface, capable of owning the entire user experience, understanding workflows, and designing intuitive interactions to create high-quality UI components and collaborating closely with engineering for seamless implementation. This candidate will play a key role in shaping our products to be both functional and delightful for our users.

Responsibilities

• Strong in both user experience (research, wireframing, information architecture) and user interface (visual design, design systems, prototyping).
• Can handle the full design process without relying on a larger team.
• Research, map, and design user workflows that optimize usability and align with product goals for both desktop and mobile devices.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications for new and existing features
• Develop polished, responsive UI components that bring the experience to life
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure design intent is realized in implementation
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback and data
• Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides for consistency and scalability

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in UX/UI (not just graphic design, but actual SaaS/product design)
• Experience designing, optimizing and leading the modernization of existing products and launching new ones from idea to market.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in interaction design, usability, and visual design for both desktop applications and mobile users.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.)
• Experience working with engineering teams in agile or iterative development environments
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present design decisions clearly
• Understanding of accessibility best practices and responsive design principles.
