Job Purpose
This position is responsible for assisting the Marketing department with advertising and media partnerships.
Term: January 2026 - October 2026 (subject to change based on business needs). Must be able to commit to the entire duration of the internship, no summer only option.
Location: In person at Chase Field, Phoenix AZ. No remote work offered.
Primary (Essential) Duties

This position is responsible for assisting the Marketing department with advertising and media partnerships.

Primary (Essential) Duties
- Assist and lead digital advertising campaigns and website updates
- Assist and build D-backs email campaigns as requested
- Complete marketing recaps of corporate partner inclusion in advertising
- Assist with promotion of the D-backs Student Pass program
- Assist with execution of marketing events, concerts, Special Events, etc. as assigned
- Submit requests for advertising creative
- Log advertising proof of performance and invoices
- Track website updates for dbacks.com and D-backs email newsletters
- Perform administrative duties and other responsibilities as assigned
- Strong interest and knowledge in marketing and advertising
- Strong interest in digital marketing campaigns and email marketing
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong copywriting skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Must enjoy being involved in several projects with the ability to multi-task and handle a variety of responsibilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and meet deadlines
- Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment
- Ability to work game nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to speak Spanish preferred but not required
- Must be a junior, senior, postgraduate student, or within a year post graduation pursuing a degree from an accredited college. (If you do not meet the internship requirements, please do not apply.)
