he organization is undertaking a major public web redesign, consolidating five distinct websites-each built on different tech stacks and editorial workflows-into a unified platform. After evaluating options with an external agency, Drupal was selected as the preferred solution. The same development team is handling both backend and frontend implementation, integrating a new design system. Content management is led by the Marketing and Communications teams, who actively update and add content. The redesigned site is tailored for end u : patients and their families.
- > Product Vision & Strategy
- Own and evolve the product roadmap for the research website, aligning with institutional goals and user needs.
- Collaborate with the library team and cross-functional stakeholders to define and prioritize features that enhance user experience and engagement.
- >User Experience & Personalization
- Drive initiatives to personalize the website experience, moving beyond generic content to deliver tailored research pathways and recommendations.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to understand the needs of researchers, clinicians, and other public u .
- >Content & Information Architecture
- Ensure the website's structure supports intuitive navigation and efficient access to research materials, especially in high-interest areas like cancer research.
- Work with content creators and librarians to maintain high-quality, relevant, and accessible information.
- >Stakeholder Collaboration
- Serve as the primary liaison between the library team, IT, UX designers, and external partners.
Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- > Analytics & Optimization
- Monitor site performance and user behavior using analytics tools.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement based on data insights and feedback.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience working in the Digital Product space
- Experience supporting various types of stakeholders and regularly engaging to ensure there is alignment
- Working across multiple different teams including engineers, QA's, UX teams etc
- Experience supporting both onshore and offshore development teams.
- Defining and documenting requirements
- Experience supporting web redesign projects or similar
- Experience supporting Drupal Products is a must
