Summary Develop and coordinate high quality responses to business development opportunities; develop and maintain firm’s asset databases; support all marketing and communication initiatives. Primary Responsibilities Develop and produce marketing qualification and proposal packages Develop general marketing presentations Develop and produce marketing collateral (ex. brochures/case studies, branded swag, etc.) Develop submissions to award programs and manage calendar Develop project narratives Maintain staff resumes and database Maintain project database Maintain awards database Maintain a comprehensive understanding of firm’s work, capabilities, process, and people Assist with content creation for social media platforms Secondary Responsibilities Support organization, indexing and curation of firm’s digital content Support public relations efforts (e.g. press packages) Assist with maintenance of firm Website Assists in coordinating logistics for photo/video shoots Assists with firm strategic communications Assists with analytics for marketing metrics Required Skills Creative thinker and awareness of design principles Thoughtfully communicate, writing and editing for clarity, concision, and message Graphic design sensibility Extensive experience managing social media platforms Expertise in Google Documents and Microsoft Office Expertise in Adobe Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator required Familiarity with web development best practices and Squarespace sites Ability to self manage workload to meet deadlines Ability to work independently and collaboratively Highly organized and detail oriented Fluency with utilizing AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude AI, Midjourney, etc. Strong desire to stay ahead of the trends Ability to research and apply emerging technologies Nice-to-haves Photography and/or video skillsets Preference for candidates with experience in the AEC industry Intangibles Curious and driven Accountable Eager to learn and engage with firm history and portfolio of 30+ years of work Able to project manage other (often senior) team members effectively Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or design-related field 2 yrs+ of professional experience in Marketing or related field Strong design portfolio. Anticipated Salary $55,000 to $65,000 commensurate with experience.
