About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Publisher Strategy to lead the charge in growing and strategically expanding our publisher-facing business. This pivotal role will involve guiding our business development and account management teams, formulating strategies for North America and Latin America, and boosting revenue. You will shape our supply-side vision with an emphasis on omnichannel supply, leveraging your technical expertise in programmatic advertising.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing mid-to-long-term strategies to enhance our publisher business.
  • Positioning the company as an industry thought leader.
  • Leading a team focused on nurturing strong publisher relationships and delivering innovative, data-driven monetization solutions.
  • Driving the new supply pipeline across various digital channels.
  • Identifying and securing strategic partnerships in emerging verticals.
  • Providing market intelligence to guide our product roadmap.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in programmatic sales and operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, and a proven track record of exceeding sales goals. A strong executive presence, excellent communication skills, and a self-motivated, high-energy approach are essential. Experience in the LATAM and Canadian markets, proficiency in Spanish, and a background in CTV partnerships are highly preferred.
