Your primary responsibilities will include directing the coaching staff, motivating members through engaging and pre-designed workouts, and ensuring every visitor to our studio enjoys a top-notch fitness experience. Job Responsibilities: Create a positive, high-energy environment that respects the OTF ethos. Oversee all aspects of coaching staff performance using the OTF business model. Hire, train, and mentor new coaches so they thrive within the OTF framework. Monitor, develop, and assess the performance of the coaching staff. Ensure the training floor and studio are organized, functional, and clean. Manage the OTF class schedule and the MBO system. Meet key performance indicators (KPI) for the fitness team. Communicate effectively with new and existing OTF members. Conduct monthly staff meetings and engage in relevant webinars and learning opportunities. Address member concerns professionally, aiming for resolution. Work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including 15-18 classes; availability for various shifts, weekends, and special events is essential. Collaborate with Sales Associates for studio tours and sales with prospective members, staying updated on membership options. Assist the Studio Manager in marketing events to enhance community engagement and drive leads. Participate in at least two OTF classes per week in your home studio. Fulfill additional duties as assigned. Job Qualifications: Current fitness certification from an OTF-approved provider is required. Current CPR/AED certification is necessary. Ability to thrive in a team environment. 1-2 years of boutique fitness coaching experience is required, with preference for Orangetheory experience. 1-2 years of leadership experience in the fitness sector is preferred.
