Job Title: Senior Designer - Graphics, Packaging, Merchandising

Job Duration: 4 Months Contract – W2

Job location: 2080 Gulf to Bay Blvd, Clearwater Plaza, Clearwater, FL 33765 (Hybrid)

Note:

Day in the life:

• Covering a MAT leave

• Working alongside 2 directors on the team

• Design and art direction functions supporting the innovation launches

• E-comm and merchandising capacity but can also be SM needs as well to be completed

• Primarily layouts and handling of files, also manage project timelines and working it through all phases and release final files.

• Making sure that we are creating marketing ready assets (DMIs) within the guidelines of the brand

• Helping to facilitate the starting point of the global execution of the innovation projects

• A need to work closely with partners – outside partners are heavily involved, handling timelines of post-production on still and video assets

• Acts within an agency within a corporation

• As needed: helping us to research and ideate creative vision for the three brands

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Someone who is a self-starter

• Fast paced

• Global brand experience

• Adobe Suite and FIGMA proficient

• Beauty experience is ideal – portfolio is required – being able to put things together that feel complete on their own

Job Description:

Creates various designs concepts and graphics (advertising, packaging, merchandising, collateral, digital) to promote brand image using the highest standards of quality, technical expertise, and aesthetics.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 Years BEAUTY/FRAGRANCE/FASHION industry experience as a designer
• Passion for fashion and beauty design with impeccable production skills
• Expert knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite and a strong understanding of the packaging production process
• Self-motivated with the ability to juggle multiple projects
• Meticulous with design details and attention to quality
