We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented International Film Publicity Assistant to join a leading team in global film and unscripted publicity. This role is an exciting opportunity to be part of the dynamic world of international entertainment, supporting campaigns from some of today’s most creative storytellers.
What you’ll do:
- Provide administrative and communications support to the international publicity team.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, answer phones, and coordinate travel.
- Process expenses and invoices with accuracy.
- Compile press coverage reports and update rave sheets.
- Route press releases, tune-ins, and media alerts.
- Support logistics for interviews, premieres, and PR events.
- Assist with special publicity projects as needed.
What we’re looking for:
- +2 years of relevant work experience, ideally in international PR, media, or entertainment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- High level of discretion, trustworthiness, and sound judgment.
- Proficiency with programs, such as: (iCal, Keynote, Mail).
- Team player who can build and maintain strong relationships across regions.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
