Tom Wood is hiring: Insurance Producer - Integrity Insurance Minnesota in Richfi

Integrity Insurance, a Tom Wood Company, is looking for an Insurance Producer to join our team in Minnesota. The Insurance Producer is responsible for generating new business by identifying, contacting, and securing prospective clients for various types of insurance coverage.

Pay: Base + Monthly Commission

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, cold calling, and marketing.
• Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate products such as auto, home, life, health, and commercial policies.
• Provide accurate quotes and explain policy features, terms, and conditions.
• Complete applications and ensure accurate documentation for underwriting.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
• Deliver excellent customer service and support clients through policy changes, claims processes, and renewals.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Maintain records in a CRM or agency management system.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid state insurance license(s) required (Property & Casualty, Life & Health, etc.).
• Proven sales or insurance industry experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of insurance products and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficient with computers and CRM software.
• REQUIRED: Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
