Overview
Our client is a premier full‑service real estate firm specializing in finance solutions for institutional clients, with industry‑leading capital markets expertise and a growing online CRE auction platform. This role is for a Vice President of Marketing based in New York City or Washington, DC, overseeing a seven‑figure marketing budget and leading strategies to drive engagement, maintain database health, and market 400–500 property and note sales annually. The position involves managing a high‑performing team, developing asset‑level campaigns, coordinating with vendors, and supporting brand growth. They are seeking a creative, strategic leader who thrives on variety, embraces challenges, and is ready to grow with the company. Responsibilities
Lead all asset marketing initiatives for property and note sales listed on the platform, ensuring tailored, data‑driven strategies for each campaign. Manage and mentor the Marketing Analyst and research team, aligning efforts to deliver accurate asset details, targeted buyer outreach, and campaign performance. Oversee development and execution of integrated, multi‑channel marketing campaigns (email, social, digital ads, video, events) using platforms such as HubSpot, LinkedIn, Google, and YouTube. Monitor budgets, expenses, and ROI for all campaigns and auctions in Monday.com, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and within financial targets. Partner with sales and leadership teams to strengthen client engagement, sales pitches, and brand presence in the marketplace. Maintain oversight of marketing databases, customer segmentation, and reporting to guide growth strategies and long‑term platform development. Required Skills / Abilities
Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills with the ability to direct cross‑functional teams. Excellent written and verbal communication, with proven ability to craft and oversee compelling marketing content. Proficiency with marketing and analytics tools including Excel, Canva, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, Salesforce, SQL, and Monday.com. Expertise in developing, executing, and analyzing comprehensive multi‑channel marketing and growth campaigns. Solid understanding of digital advertising, social media management, and demand generation strategies. Strategic thinker with strong research and analytical skills; ability to balance creative vision with data‑driven decision‑making. Real estate or property marketing experience preferred. Education / Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading marketing campaigns, research, and content development with measurable results. Demonstrated expertise in customer segmentation, database management, and growth marketing strategies. Hands‑on experience with modern marketing tools and platforms, including HubSpot, Salesforce, Adobe Creative Suite, SQL, Canva, PowerPoint, Excel, and Monday.com.
