Overview
SharePoint Content Manager (SharePoint Administrator) role at ASRC Federal. This position supports the PEO Digital customer located in the Washington DC Navy Yard. Responsibilities
Manage and administer the daily operation of content usage and provide SharePoint Program Support to the client. Gather requirements and information when there are minimal documented processes. Extensive use of data connections and rules (low-code/no-code). Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user access requirements and adapt to configuration locally as changes to priority or business dictates. Provide end-user support and training on creation and configuration of document libraries, lists, columns, content types, library templates, permissions, and web parts. Recommend best practices for the implementation of SharePoint portal technology procedures. Work in collaboration with other SharePoint developers to support Navy enterprise SharePoint portal operations, development, and migration (as needed). Provide customization with common languages, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, XSLT, JSON and jQuery. Requirements
A minimum of 4 years experience performing business analysis and SharePoint requirements elicitation 4 years experience performing SharePoint Online (SPO) and SharePoint 2013 administration 4 years experience performing SharePoint Permissions, Web Part configuration, and content management/manipulation Experience using Microsoft Platform to include Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI Experience using Microsoft InfoPath and Nintex Workflow tools with SharePoint sites Experience using M365 Suite to include MS Teams, Team Planner, and Teams SharePoint sites Experience supporting SharePoint Online migrations including planning, remediation, and UAT Strong understanding of out-of-the-box SharePoint 2013/SPO features, terms, capabilities, and best practices Working knowledge of web design UI/UX, taxonomy architecture, and project management processes Knowledge of enterprise portal technologies Strong Information Technology skills Strong multitasking and time management skills Must be a US Citizen Education
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other relevant discipline. CompTIA A+ Certification (within 6 months of hire) Security Clearance Requirement
