As a key member of our client's Product team, you'll be the driving force behind their promotions and sampling programs, shaping how customers discover and experience their favorite products across both physical stores and digital platforms. You'll define the future of promotions and sampling, crafting the vision, strategy, and roadmap from concept to launch. Collaborating with marketing, engineering, and design, you'll leverage data and customer insights to build innovative solutions that drive engagement and loyalty. Responsibilities
Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for promotions and sampling initiatives across all customer touchpoints Define customer experience and business goals, collaborating with marketing to optimize the customer lifecycle Evaluate, prioritize, and develop new features and tools to enhance promotional and sampling programs Gather insights from internal and external sources to create a prioritized, measurable, and feasible product roadmap Own the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, including data analysis, requirement gathering, and implementation Advocate for your products, communicating their value to all levels of the organization through compelling presentations and prototypes Champion the needs of business stakeholders, ensuring alignment between delivered solutions and initial goals Lead cross-functional teams to drive product launches, proactively addressing roadblocks and ensuring timely delivery Must-Have Qualifications
3+ years of product management experience in e-commerce, retail, or a similar transaction-based industry Proven track record of launching successful customer-facing digital products across web, tablet, and mobile platforms Expertise in agile development processes, including sprint management and utilizing Jira for tracking features and user stories Strong technical understanding of core internet technologies, PaaS, APIs, and web services Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with business, technical, and design teams Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to product development Experience thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Experience with warehouse systems, order management systems, and supply chain processes Technical background or working knowledge of software development processes and tool The target hiring compensation range for this role is $72.97 to $81.08 an hour.
