We are seeking a visionary and strategic Leader for Corporate Marketing to guide our global marketing initiatives. This role shapes company messaging, digital presence, brand strategy, campaign development, and strengthens our market presence worldwide. The leader will work with internal and external stakeholders to spearhead innovative marketing strategies across diverse markets. Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive brand and marketing strategies that align with global business objectives. Serve as custodian of corporate assets and messaging to ensure relevance, engagement, and competitiveness. Corporate website: Custodian of the corporate website and strategic assets representing the company effectively. Campaign Development: Develop and oversee corporate campaigns across channels (digital, social, events, etc.). Brand Management: Oversee all aspects of brand strategy and identity with internal and external stakeholders as needed. Creative Assets: Build a world-class design and creative asset team to communicate the company\'s message through a strong visual narrative. Communication: Maintain newsletters and other communications to internal and external audiences. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team with a results-oriented culture. Performance Management: Manage substantial marketing budgets with metrics tracking and ROI analysis to maximize effectiveness. Qualifications
Education:
MBA or equivalent degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Experience:
Minimum of 15 years in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a global company with deep corporate marketing experience. Proven Track Record:
Demonstrated success in brand development, major campaign management, and driving measurable global growth. Skills:
Exceptional strategic thinking with strong operational execution; strong leadership with experience managing large, diverse teams; proficiency in data analytics for decision-making; excellent communication and collaboration skills; exposure to B2B security marketing is a plus. Benefits
