Lifecycle Marketing Lead

at Flex, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by overseeing transactional communications with customers, ensuring a seamless experience using Flex. You will own and optimize product-led messaging within the customer lifecycle (e.g., payment confirmations, reminders, status updates), and multi-channel campaigns (email, push, SMS) to ensure customers understand and can successfully use Flex. You will oversee a high volume of unique campaigns across segmented user journeys to drive engagement, enhance customer satisfaction, and improve retention. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Strategy, Compliance, and Customer Support to align messaging with product updates and customer needs while ensuring regulatory compliance. We are looking for a data-driven Lifecycle marketer with experience optimizing transactional communications who thrives in a high-execution, fast-paced environment. You are a strong cross-functional collaborator and are comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution. Maintain and optimize transactional communications

to create a seamless customer experience between the product and owned channels. Own E2E development of communications

including strategy, messaging, campaign development and automation. Track and analyze campaign performance

to identify opportunities for improving customer engagement, retention, and overall communication strategy. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Compliance

to support new product launches, regulatory compliance, and enhancements to the customer experience. Execute real-time communications

to support critical incident resolution during the rent cycle. Experience

3-4 years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing preferably in a highly regulated industry like FinTech or HealthTech. Proven experience managing campaigns across multiple channels (email, sms, push), from creative development to execution, with a strong focus on A/B testing and continuous optimization. Demonstrated ability to lead projects, manage timelines and communicate results to peers and management. Strong analytical skills - ability to interpret key business questions and work closely with analytics teams to answer them, while also being able to report performance and insights. Ability to thrive in complex environments that require close collaboration with cross functional teams (e.g. product, analytics, strategy, design, etc.). Must be a strong executor and able to move projects forward independently. This is a hybrid position with on-site expectations of 3 days per week in our New York or San Francisco Headquarters. For candidates outside of the NY/NJ/ SF area, you may be eligible for our relocation assistance program. The compensation range for this role will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and Flex's internal leveling guidelines and benchmarks. This will be a hybrid role, 3 days in our NYC or SF office, the base salary pay range will be $115,000- $132,000
