Global Marketing Leader - Water Solutions at DuPont. DuPont Water Solutions (DWS), a $1.5B global business, focuses on solving global challenges in water purification, conservation, and reuse as well as purification solutions for life sciences industries. DWS serves thousands of customers in diverse markets across three major segments: Industrial Water & Energy, Drinking Water & Desalination, and Life Science & Specialties. DWS provides a broad, end-to-end portfolio of water-treatment and separation technologies. The role leads all aspects of marketing, including development of market-back segment strategies, delivery of new and renewals in innovation revenue growth, and the advancement of marketing competency. The position manages a large team including global market segment leaders and regional execution marketing leaders. The successful candidate will have strong marketing and commercial experience and a track record of delivering growth against goals. Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Drive market segment differential management to deliver financial goals with clear mission alignment for each segment and robust regional implementation plans supporting quarterly and annual growth targets; coordinate segment plans and innovation launches with global Commercial leaders. Continuously optimize the portfolio to offer good, better, best options with concise value propositions to defend price premiums and capture share as needed. Deliver innovation-based growth through launches for product, process, and business models that address customer pain points; manage targets with industry/customer insights and agile governance. Advance Water marketing competency and customer-centricity by leading learning and improvement plans; work with cross-functional teams to develop forward-looking growth plans and apply the marketing 4Ps aligned with the enterprise values of Purpose, Passion, Perseverance and People. Lead market segment strategy and ensure pricing strategies and go-to-market plans are aligned with segment missions and enterprise strategy. Qualifications
Education & Experience
Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field 15+ years of experience in Marketing, Sales or relevant equivalent Previous or current Water industry experience Demonstrated ability to lead via influence Ability to challenge status quo and solve problems creatively Highly motivated and results-driven with excellent interpersonal skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and multi-tasking Ability to manage managers Experience in developing and deploying project best practices, policies and processes Team-oriented, collaborative working style Ability to travel up to 30% of the time Preferred: MBA and/or advanced technical degree Cross-functional and cross-industry experience Experience working in multi-cultural, multi-region environments Demonstrated business and financial acumen with ability to analyze data and communicate insights Compensation and Other Details
Pay range for this role is $161,000.00 - $253,000.00 annual. DuPont uses job leveling frameworks to determine pay within a range based on location, role, skills, experience, and performance.
