Food & Beverage Marketing Coordinator is a highly organized and detailed oriented professional who provides comprehensive support to our Food & Beverage team at La Bahia Hotel & Spa. This role combines creative marketing initiatives with operational excellence to enhance our guests' dining experiences while driving revenue growth across our food and beverage outlets. By delivering impeccable service and innovative programming, the Food & Beverage Marketing Coordinator will uphold La Bahia Hotel & Spa’s service standards (inspired by Forbes) while elevating our beachfront property. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITY: Manage relationships with local food influencers and media contacts Support inventory management and vendor coordination as needed Maintain accurate records and documentation for all F&B marketing activities Coordinate with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless guest experiences Develop and execute marketing campaigns for food and beverage outlets Create compelling content for social media, websites, and promotional materials Oversee daily management of OpenTable reservation system for all dining venues Generate and analyze reservation reports to inform operational decisions Coordinate special events, wine dinners, and seasonal celebrations Collaborate with sales team on group dining and catering opportunities Finalize menu designs, pricing, and content in collaboration with culinary teams and management Coordinate menu printing and production, ensuring brand consistency and quality standards Manage seasonal menu updates and special promotional materials Maintain menu accuracy across all platforms and ensure timely distribution to outlets Monitor reservation trends, optimize table inventory, and implement waitlist management Assist Food & Beverage Director with budget tracking and cost analysis Provide additional support during peak seasons and special events Perform all other duties that may be assigned as needed by your manager The following reflects management’s definition of essential functions for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferred. Interpersonal skills (discreet, approachable, and culturally sensitive) required. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities. Strong team-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively across departments. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. (2+) years in administrative roles, or related field. Preferred in hospitality. Bilingual proficiency (written and verbal) preferred. Proficient in MS Office, OpenTable reservations system, and POS system. Strong design skills with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar software Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
