As a recently public company, you’ll have autonomy and support to make an impact as we build for the long term. About the role

We are looking for a strategic, results-driven Senior Growth Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition and business growth through paid social, YouTube, and ABM campaigns. You will own the end-to-end strategy and execution of digital campaigns, with a focus on experimentation, optimization, and delivering measurable impact. In addition to leading paid social, you’ll scale ABM programs—partnering with Sales and cross-functional teams to identify high-value accounts, develop targeted campaigns, and personalize messaging to drive engagement and pipeline. The right candidate is hands-on, analytical, and excited to uncover new growth opportunities while continuously improving performance across multiple channels. This is a high-impact role aligned to Samsara’s growth goals in a fast-paced environment. Location & working arrangement

This is a hybrid position requiring 1 day per week in our San Francisco office and 4 days remote. Relocation assistance will not be provided. You should apply if: You want to impact the industries that run our world: your efforts will have real-world impact—keeping the lights on, getting food into grocery stores, reducing emissions, and ensuring workers return home safely. You are the architect of your own career: Samsara supports rapid career development and opportunities to experiment and master your craft in a hyper-growth environment. You’re energized by our opportunity: the vision to digitize large sectors of the global economy requires your focus and best efforts. You want to be with the best: you will be part of a high-caliber team that encourages you to do your best.
