Chats Clous Cover is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing department in the execution of campaigns, coordination of branding efforts, and preparation of promotional materials. Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns and materials.
- Coordinate marketing activities with internal departments and external vendors.
- Support market research efforts and track competitive trends.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and data for strategic meetings.
- Manage and organize marketing documentation and campaign assets.
- Assist in planning and executing internal events or client-focused initiatives.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of promotional materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1+ year of experience in a marketing or administrative support role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
