Base pay range $60,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr Our client, a financial services firm located in downtown Chicago, is seeking a Marketing Associate with a focus on RFPs to support their relationship management efforts. Financial research, database management, and the completion of requests for proposals (RFPs) will feature heavily in this role’s day-to-day. This individual will also work hand in hand with a fellow associate to create monthly communication pieces that engage current clients and market to prospectives. The ideal candidate will have at least two years’ marketing experience, with at least one of those in working with requests for proposals (RFPs). Because this role is industry-specific, an understanding of financial services and wealth management is preferred, as are solid writing and editing skills. Complete and manage requests for proposals Partner with managers and associates to develop and maintain client and prospect databases Research industry data and use that information to compose commentary and performance reports for prospective and current clients Determine what firm data aligns with current marketing strategies and what information should be included in communications packets Generate and analyze financial reports to create monthly fact sheets and marketing presentations Ad hoc duties as assigned by the marketing team’s leadership Requirements

Two (2) years’ marketing experience required, at least one of which dealt with RFPs Bachelor’s Degree required; finance-related preferred Experience organizing, synthesizing, and communicating large amounts of data Strong grammar, writing, and editing skills Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite Collaborative work ethic with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Compensation:
