Overview
My client is a next-generation data centre business powering the future with 100% renewable energy. They design, build, own and operate high-performance compute facilities, enabling the most demanding AI and cloud workloads — all with sustainability at the core.
Responsibilities
- Lead social media presence across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Discord, Reddit and other platforms
- Build and nurture a developer and technical community through engagement initiatives (AMAs, office hours, spotlights)
- Create engaging, technically clear content tailored to AI, cloud, and infrastructure audiences
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and translate technical updates into accessible, relevant content
- Track analytics, sentiment and engagement to inform strategy and provide feedback to internal teams
What They’re Looking For
- 5–10 years’ experience in community, developer marketing, or social media roles (cloud, AI, or infrastructure preferred)
- Proven ability to grow and engage technical/developer audiences
- Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical topics
- Familiarity with platforms like X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Discord, Reddit and analytics tools
- Collaborative, data-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
