Pioneer Mobile Capabilities: Lead the development and launch of advancednurturing communications across mobile CRM channels (e.g., in-app messaging,push notifications, SMS), creating new engagement opportunities. Drive Mobile Personalization: Chart TurboTax's mobile personalization roadmap,leveraging rich data to deliver hyper-relevant solutions and actions within mobilecommunications. Architect Seamless Mobile Journeys: Design comprehensive mobile-first customerjourneys by seamlessly integrating CRM strategies and personalization with productofferings to elevate user interactions across all mobile platforms. Enhance Mobile Automation: Champion the improvement of mobile CRM'sautomation capabilities, identifying and implementing new technologies forreal-time customer interactions, both in-product and out-of-product. Shape Long-Term Mobile Vision: Articulate and champion a long-term vision formobile channel growth and innovation, ensuring alignment with TurboTax’soverarching strategic goals and broader Intuit mobile initiatives. Optimize Mobile CRM Tech Stack: Provide expert consultation on enhancing andexpanding the existing CRM technology stack, specifically focusing on mobilecapabilities to foster innovation, boost efficiency, and enable new businesscapabilities. Manage Mobile as a Product: Define the solutions blueprint and functionalityrequirements to guide the development and integration of mobile CRM systems,treating mobile engagement as a core product. Accelerate All CRM Channel Growth: Lead initiatives focused on improvingcustomer health and engagement through mobile, while pioneering new mobilechannel strategies for sustained CRM growth across all channels. Lead Cross-Brand Collaboration (TurboTax & Credit Karma): Serve as the primarylead for fostering deep strategic alignment and collaboration with the Credit Karmateam. This includes identifying shared customer segments, developing joint CRMstrategies, optimizing customer flows between brands, and ensuring a cohesiveend-to-end customer experience across the TurboTax and Credit Karma ecosystems. Qualifications
Extensive Mobile Marketing Expertise: 5-7+ years of experience managinglarge-scale, complex mobile-first CRM marketing campaigns, with deep proficiencyin in-app, push, and SMS channels. You have a proven ability to design, oversee, andoptimize mobile campaigns to meet strategic business goals. Data-Driven Acumen: A strong foundation in understanding and leveragingmobile-specific data to fuel CRM programs. You can orchestrate strategic campaignsand drive personalization through data extraction, analysis, and actionable insights,and collaborate effectively with IT and data teams.
