Graphic Designer
to join the team!
The
Graphic Designer
will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visual content based on various concepts while staying consistent with brand standards.
The designer is multifaceted, working under the Corporate Director of Brand, Marketing, and Public Relations to create branded materials specific to both internal and external audiences. As the creative lead, this person will coordinate with various departments to develop and produce designs that effectively represent the company and its communities. The ideal candidate will think outside of the box, understand the company's initiatives, and offer new ideas to reach those goals. Act as the lead graphic designer that creates effective pieces that set us apart from others Be knowledgeable of all branding of the company and follow the guidelines set forth Work on a wide range of media including web pages, presentations, collateral, signage, internal communications, newsletters, and marketing materials using various programs Manage the design and uploading process to effectively communicate edits and updates to the team. Monitor industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement Practice excellent organizational skills to successfully organize pieces representing all locations Key attention to detail and anticipation of needs Demonstrate outstanding communication skills to communicate with team members across departments Prioritize effectively, work cooperatively, and meet deadlines Represent a wholistic brand throughout all designs representative of the company Education Requirements:
Associate degree or higher, or at least two years of applicable design experience or a combination of appropriate education and experience. Why for RUI?
