At Ello, storytelling powers everything we do. We care deeply about how things look, sound, and feelon TikTok, in ads, inside the product, and across every landing page. Were searching for a creative marketing leader who can own the entire marketing funnel experienceblending brand experimentation to deliver real, measurable results.
Youll partner with both in-house talent and trusted contractors, while also shaping and growing the creative team yourself.
What Youll Own Youll be the driving force behind our creative direction and acquisition strategy, owning how we show up at every stage of the funnel and across every touchpoint. From the first ad someone sees to the moment they become an engaged user, you will shape the full experience.
That means concepting and producing standout Reels and statics for both paid and organic social, designing high-converting websites, landing pages, and onboarding flows, crafting thoughtful, performance-driven email and lifecycle campaigns and much more.
Youll also collaborate closely with our Growth Product team to shape a product that supports the full user journey, and helps accelerate our growth.
How youll do it Drive results through creativity: Develop and direct high-converting creative for paid social (TikTok, Meta, and beyond), organic social, landing pages, and onboarding flows.
Lead creative development: Brief, manage, and inspire contractors and freelancers to produce standout assets. Set the bar for quality and brand voice.
Experiment relentlessly : Own the testing roadmap across ad creatives, funnels, and A/B experiments. Understand results to iterate on what resonates and what converts.
Understand our user journey: Become the companys expert on our user journey; running user interviews, documenting personas and learning about their mindset at each stage.
Grow our creative bench : Identify and manage the right partnersfrom UGC creators to copywriters to designersto bring the vision to life quickly and effectively.
Be the brands voice in every growth moment: Ensure consistency in tone, look, and feel across every customer touchpoint, from first impression to repeat purchase.
Who you are You care deeply about creative craftheadlines, pacing, storytelling, color, and hooks arent afterthoughts; theyre where you start.
Youve scaled Meta and TikTok paid effortsand you know how to turn a good ad into a great one.
Youve worked with creators, freelancers, or agencies and can quickly brief talent to produce assets that perform.
You are comfortable with zooming in and out, from opening up Figma to finesse a layout to thinking big picture about brand differentiation.
You love to get into the mind of a user, and think holistically about the customer journeyfrom the first impression to lifecycle messagingnot just isolated campaigns.
Bonus Experience in consumer education, health, parenting, or kids products
Experience with performance marketing and CAC trade-offs
Built or led a team of UGC creators, freelancers, or agencies
