The Salesforce Employer Brand & Comms Creative team is seeking a strategic and thoughtful Senior Designer to help lead and execute creative across a wide range of internal and external programs including Recruiting, Employer Brand Marketing, Onboarding, and Learning & Development.
We're looking for someone with exceptional design skills, a sharp eye for detail, and a deep commitment to craft. This role will push our brand forward through compelling storytelling and beautiful, impactful design.
You must be able to:
Translate partner goals into creative solutions that resonate with employees and potential candidates.
Design program identities, logos, swag, event collateral, and digital assets (email, web, Slack).
Develop scalable visual systems to support and grow internal programs.
Partner with project managers to meet deadlines.
Collaborate closely with creatives and internal stakeholders in a highly cross-functional, inclusive environment.
Build asset suites based on provided guidelines and program needs.
Produce clean, technically accurate, and well-organized files that follow team processes.
Work independently while contributing to a collaborative, supportive team culture.
Embrace feedback as part of the creative process and iterate quickly.
Learn and work within established brand guidelines, while helping evolve and push the brand forward.
Communicate and present ideas clearly, confidently, and with empathy.
Leverage cutting-edge tools and technologies, including AI, to optimize workflows and enhance storytelling.
Contribute to a fun, high-trust, and purpose-driven creative team.
Specific Knowledge/Skills:
7+ years of experience in a fast-paced in-house or agency environment.
A portfolio that showcases strong conceptual thinking and refined design execution across print, digital, and brand systems.
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Google Slides.
Advanced photo retouching and color correction skills.
Experience with video art direction and/or motion graphics.
Experience in creative work with a rich portfolio including print, digital, and web/mobile design.
Hands-on expertise in developing creative solutions and the ability to effectively communicate design thinking and evolution.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Always ready to roll up sleeves and jump in to capitalize on opportunities or solve issues.
Self-motivated and highly organized.
Understand the business impact of projects, discuss, and present with confidence.
Active and empathetic listener.
