Senior Graphic Designer

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you'll be a key contributor in activating the Omnipod and Insulet brands across a wide range of touchpoints, helping to elevate our creative output and inspire those living with diabetes.
You'll join a growing in-house creative team within the Global Marketing Excellence (GME) group, where we're building a powerhouse of design talent. You'll bring your expertise in multi-channel designacross digital, web, print, social, and experientialto help shape compelling campaigns and brand experiences. This role is hands-on, collaborative, and purpose-driven.
Key Responsibilities
- Design with Purpose: Create visually impactful, on-brand assets that support marketing initiatives across consumer, HCP, and payer audiences. Your work will span illustrations, infographics, PowerPoint templates, digital ads, social media, website layouts, email, print, packaging, event materials, and internal communications.
- Champion the Brand: Help evolve and maintain the Omnipod and Insulet brand design systems. Ensure consistency, attention to detail, clarity, and creativity across all global and regional marketing efforts.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, strategy, digital, and corporate communications teams to bring ideas to life. Partner with internal and external creatives to deliver high-quality, insight-driven work.
- Mentor & Inspire: Provide feedback and guidance to junior designers and freelancers. Share your knowledge, elevate the work, and contribute to a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Bring fresh thinking and a mobile-first mindset to every project. Stay current on design trends, AI tools, and technologies to keep our creative edge sharp.
- Project Ownership: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept through execution. Collaborate with marketing, content, and production teams to deliver on time and on brief.
Skills and Qualifications (Required)
- 7+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing multi-channel work
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with PowerPoint, Figma or similar tools
- Strong graphic design thinking and ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals
- Experience designing for both digital (website layouts) and print, including social media, web, email, packaging, and event materials
- Passion for brands and bringing them to life in compelling ways that drive target adoption. Passion for creating culturally relevant ideas.
- Interest in the diabetes space - Empathy for customers, especially those living with chronic conditions like diabetes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to give and receive feedback constructively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally; strong team player
Preferred
- Experience working within a global brand framework
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and digital design systems
- Passionate about static design, infographics, PPT, and design balance
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools a plus
- Passion for and interest in AI and how it is changing the creative world. Knowledge of how to leverage AI tools to make design process more efficient.
- Creative mindset thinks outside the box interested in bringing new ideas to the organization, as well as building beautiful design.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in both in-house and agency environments is a plus
Additional Details
- Ability to support early morning meetings, as needed, to align with global teams
- This position is eligible for hybrid working arrangements and requires on-site work from an Insulet office.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $84,375.00 - $126,562.50. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the primary work location in the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
