JOB MISSION
Pacific Lifestyle Homes is seeking a strategic, creative, and results-oriented Marketing Director to lead brand development, customer engagement, and integrated marketing initiatives that fuel our growth. Reporting to the VP of Sales and Marketing, you will shape and elevate the Pacific Lifestyle Homes brand, crafting campaigns that connect with our homebuyers and drive measurable results. Job Responsibilities Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that support business goals, drive qualified leads, and elevate brand presence across all channels. Collaborate with executive leadership to align marketing priorities with corporate objectives, ensuring a cohesive brand narrative and measurable outcomes.
Content Strategy & Brand Messaging: Provide strategic oversight of all content initiatives, ensuring consistency in voice, tone, and messaging across digital and print channels. Lead the development of high-impact content strategies that educate, inspire, and convert target audiences, strengthening the companys brand identity and market positioning.
CRM & Marketing Automation: Oversee the strategic use of Salesforce and Pardot to drive customer lifecycle marketing, lead nurturing, and segmentation. Ensure the CRM is optimized for performance, data accuracy, and actionable insights that inform marketing strategies and improve conversion rates.
Market & Customer Insights: Lead the collection and synthesis of customer, market, and competitor insights to guide strategic decision-making. Translate feedback into actionable improvements in marketing tactics, product positioning, and customer experience.
Marketing Operations & Collateral Development: Direct the creation and distribution of marketing assets that support sales and brand objectives, including digital content, sales collateral, and promotional materials. Ensure all collateral is visually compelling, aligned with brand guidelines, and tailored to various stages of the customer journey.
Experience Design: Model Homes & Events: Strategically manage the visual presentation and customer experience of model homes, ensuring alignment with brand standards and buyer preferences. Collaborate with design and project teams to optimize presentation for showings, events, and promotional campaigns.
Digital Strategy: Analyze digital performance metrics and continuously refine strategies for maximum impact.
Online Sales Enablement: Lead and mentor the online sales team, providing strategic direction, tools, and marketing support to maximize lead generation and online conversion.
Project & Budget Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multiple concurrent marketing projects. Manage department budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure initiatives are delivered on time and within scope.
Industry & Market Expertise: Stay abreast of housing market trends, buyer behaviors, and competitive activity. Apply this knowledge to refine marketing messaging, innovate campaign strategies, and identify new growth opportunities.
Vendor & Partner Oversight: Build and manage relationships with key external partners including agencies, designers, and suppliers. Ensure vendors deliver high-quality work aligned with budget, timelines, and brand standards.
Job Requirements 8+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior or director-level role
Proven track record in leading high-performing marketing teams and cross-functional initiatives
Deep knowledge of the real estate or home building industry strongly preferred
Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, digital marketing, lead generation, and brand development
Strong command of Salesforce, Pardot, and marketing automation best practices
Skilled in budget management, project oversight, and performance analytics
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically and manage competing priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and adept at learning new platforms and tools
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights that drive strategy

Work Environment We have an in-person work culture with a general schedule of 8:00 AM 5:00 PM, with anticipated overtime to fulfill workload. A daily in-office huddle is held at 8:00 AM, and attendance is required.
