Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Public Relations Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining our company's public image and promoting our brand through effective communication strategies. As a Public Relations Associate, you will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives and engaging with various media outlets to secure coverage and enhance our visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and distribute press releases and other PR materials.
• Manage and curate content for the company's social media platforms.
• Assist in organizing and promoting events, including press conferences and community outreach activities.
• Develop relationships with journalists, bloggers, and other media contacts to gain coverage.
• Monitor media coverage and public opinion regarding the company and industry.
• Support the marketing team in creating content that aligns with overall branding efforts.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in public relations or communications role.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and online communication tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
