Weu2019re looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to work closely with the Lead Creative Designer under the guidance of the CTO to elevate the user experience and ensure our product is not only powerful but delightful to use.

What Youll Do

• Design for Multi-Modal Experience: Create user-centered designs that integrate pinball machines with digital pinball and connected mobile/web platforms.
• Improve Platform Usability: Analyze and improve the usability, accessibility, and joy of our platform across devices.
• Drive Monetization UX: Collaborate with product and marketing teams to optimize user journeys for in-platform purchases.
• Lead UX Research: Conduct user interviews, competitive analysis, heuristic evaluations, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop low- to high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and interaction models for new features and improvements.
• Visual & Interaction Design: Craft elegant, engaging interfaces that align with brand aesthetics and enhance play and purchase behavior.
• Iterative Design: Own and drive the details of the iterative design process.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, producers, artists, and QA. Utilize tools like Figma, Jira, and Confluence. Multitask and prioritize initiatives.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in gaming, ecommerce, or entertainment.
• A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design thinking and well-crafted UI for both web and mobile experiences.
• Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and prototyping platforms (e.g., ProtoPie, Framer).
• Experience designing flows that encourage and support purchases or subscriptions.
• Deep understanding of usability, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design principles.
• Hands-on experience conducting and synthesizing UX research and usability testing. Bonus if you have direct experience with pinball, gameplay, in-app purchasing, and/or connected platforms.
• Pays meticulous attention to every aspect of the design process, from research and wireframing to responsiveness and collaboration.
• Strong communication and documentation skills; ability to defend and iterate on design decisions with stakeholders.
