WinWinX is seeking an Advertising Copywriter Expert to drive traction and engagement on the WinWinX Platform. You will own the execution of all growth campaigns from concept to copywriting to launch and optimize based on real performance data.

You must understand how to attract, activate, and retain both sides of a marketplace, balance supply and demand, and increase conversion.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Write all copy : Ads, landing pages, email campaigns, in-app messaging, and promotional content all in the WinWinX voice.
  • Own buyer & seller acquisition : Plan and run paid social and PPC campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.) for both sides with distinct funnels, messaging, and budgets.
  • Content & SEO : Create category pages, long-tail marketplace content, and trust-building articles for both buyers and sellers.
  • Marketplace promotions : Develop category pushes, referral programs, and time-bound offers that drive liquidity.
  • Analyze & optimize : Track CAC, LTV (per side), activation rates, time-to-first-transaction, and % of listings sold. Run A/B tests to improve performance.
  • Maintain trust & compliance : Ensure messaging aligns with fintech/payment regulations and builds user confidence.
  • Collaborate with COO : Align campaigns with growth priorities and rapidly test new ideas.
  • Manage SEO and blogging efforts
  • Maintain brand consistency and voice

2.Skill Set

  • Advertising Copywriter Expert in marketplaces with 58+ years of direct, hands-on campaign execution and at least one major role growing a two-sided U.S. marketplace .
  • Understand how sellers think (listing, pricing, trust, activation) and how buyers decide (discovery, trust signals, transaction confidence).
  • Thrive in startup environments where speed, adaptability, and creative problem-solving are essential.
  • Highly fluent in digital tools: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, GA4, Mailchimp/Klaviyo, Canva/Photoshop, landing page builders, and analytics dashboards.
  • Self-starter, detail-oriented, and relentless about testing, learning, and improving.

Job Type : Full-time

Salary : $80,000 - $100,000 per year
