Videographer / Video Coordinator

Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid (3+ days onsite per week required))

Duration: 8 months (with potential extension)

Pay Range: $20–$25 per hour (W2)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours

About the Role

We are seeking a Videographer / Video Coordinator to join a fast-paced in-house creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for video capture, editing, and post-production to support a variety of creative projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and brings both technical expertise and creative energy to every assignment.

Responsibilities

  • Execute video capture and editing for assigned projects.
  • Lead on-site and studio shoots, including camera, lighting, and audio setup.
  • Edit and produce final videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Creative Suite.
  • Integrate footage or content from external partners into final deliverables.
  • Apply color grading, motion graphics, and audio editing for high-quality results.
  • Organize and manage creative assets, project files, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  • Perform quality checks and ensure all content is accurate, polished, and on-brand.
  • Archive final files and maintain proper metadata and tagging standards.
  • Collaborate with teammates and contribute ideas to enhance creative storytelling.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in video production, editing, or similar roles (internships and project-based work will be considered).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (required).
  • Working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator to support graphics and animation needs.
  • Familiarity with DaVinci Resolve (a plus).
  • Strong understanding of audio and lighting setup for shoots.
  • Excellent time management, organization, and adaptability in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to direct and support on-screen talent.
  • High energy, creativity, and a collaborative mindset.
