Senior Machine Learning Engineer, TikTok Ads Creative & Ecosystem

Base pay range: $187,040.00/yr - $359,720.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Utilize algorithms to achieve a comprehensive understanding of advertisers, creators and creatives to improve the precision of match-making.
• Conduct online modeling on billion-level commercial traffic, optimizing the distribution strategy of creatives in the recommendation system and ads system.
• Develop a scientific allocation strategy for both natural and ad traffic, aimed at increasing the short-term and long-term value for both advertisers and creators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree or above, majoring in Computer Science or related fields.
• 5+ years of relevant development experience and demonstrated knowledge of machine learning (RecSys/NLP/CV/GE), with preference for experience in recommendation systems, computational advertising, or operational planning algorithms.
• Solid foundation in data structures and algorithms; proficient in Python/C++/Golang.
• Passion for new technologies and proven capability in analysis and problem-solving.
• Good team player with strong communication skills; experience in project management is preferred.
• Strong perseverance and courage to help the business to a higher level.

Compensation Description (Annually): The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $187,040 - $359,720 annually. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Base pay is part of the Total Package and may include bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units. Benefits may vary by location and employment type.
