What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a Creative Project Manager to lead apartment website projects from kickoff through launch. You’ll set clear timelines with our website theme builds and custom websites, translate client scope into production, and guide projects to align with client outcomes every step of the way.
This isn’t just scheduling — it’s creative oversight. You’ll review sites hands-on, catching design or functionality issues, ensuring process has been followed, content and visuals align with the brand, and guaranteeing a polished user experience before shipping to the client.
You’ll partner with Account Managers on client strategy, while supervising Coordinators who handle day-to-day content updates, pre/post launch procedure and staging reviews.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable crafting a vision with provided content, client expectation, and website strategy.
This role owns the delivery of our website product in close partnership with the Account Manager. You won’t just manage from a distance — you’ll roll up your sleeves when needed, making occasional content updates, reviewing sites hands-on, and stepping in to keep projects on track. Just as importantly, you’ll look for gaps in our workflows and improve processes wherever you see opportunities to raise quality and efficiency.
You bring organization, communication, and a creative eye to keep projects on time, on scope, and up to standard. If you thrive on blending project discipline with design sensibility, this is the role for you.
Responsibilities
- Lead website projects from initiation to launch, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality are met.
- Oversee the use of client-provided assets, imagery, and copy to ensure creative alignment and brand consistency.
- Serve as the quality control lead — spotting grainy images, UX bugs, copy issues, and design missteps before client review.
- Partner with Account Managers to support client website strategy and contribute creative recommendations.
- Supervise and coach Project Coordinators, delegating execution tasks and ensuring QA standards are upheld.
- Create and refine SOPs, QA checklists, and workflows to reduce recurring errors and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure smooth, accurate handoffs.
- Join client calls when creative or strategic production input is needed or technical issues are escalated beyond the Account Manager
Requirements
- 3–5 years experience in digital project management, website production, or creative operations.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot issues in imagery, copy, and UX flow.

- 2 years experience with WordPress & Figma
- Hands on experirence with project management tools (we use ClickUp).
- Strong organizational and communication skills (we rely on Slack, Loom, Cleanshot, etc.).
- Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. We are a small team and you wear a lot of hats. There isn't a process for everything, but we'll always make sure we build one
- Leadership experience — mentoring or supervising coordinators or junior team members.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fully remote, collaborative team and believes in continuous process improvement.
- Experience with multifamily or real estate clients.
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT and ElevenLabs.
- Knowledge of QA tools such as Pastel or similar.
- A love of documentation and building better systems.
- Fully remote, flexible schedule.
- Company laptop provided
- A fast-moving, supportive team that values both hustle and balance.
- Medical insurance coverage
- $100 benefits stipend per month
- Paid holidays & 2 weeks PTO (3 weeks after 2 year tenure)
