Overview

Digital Media Buyer (4-10 years of experience) – We are seeking a results-driven Digital Media Buyer to manage and optimize paid digital media investments across platforms. This role is central to driving measurable results through efficient, well-structured media buys that align with our business objectives.

The Digital Media Buyer will plan, execute, monitor, and refine campaigns across Google Ads, Local Service Ads, Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms. Success in this position requires strong analytical skills, a continuous improvement mindset, and a passion for maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS).

Responsibilities

  • Build and launch paid ad campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, TikTok, and potentially other digital outlets.
  • Manage daily and monthly budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign pacing to maximize leads and ensure campaigns remain cost-efficient while hitting conversion goals.
  • Implement targeting options across different platforms, including location, demographics, interests, and behavior-based targeting.
  • Conduct A/B and multivariate experiments to test different creative formats, placements, and messaging, and optimize for better performance.
  • Stay informed about algorithm updates, ad policy changes, and emerging ad formats.
  • Track and analyze campaign metrics like CTR, CPC, lead quality, conversion and ROAS to inform optimization.
  • Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to align media buys with messaging and brand guidelines.
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with platform rules, industry regulations, and brand standards.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in digital media buying, with a strong emphasis on Google Search campaigns.
  • Proven track record of managing large budgets and achieving performance goals (CPA, ROAS, or lead-gen KPIs).
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display, YouTube) and Paid Social platforms (Facebook/Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience in professional services, law, healthcare, or another regulated industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred, but not required with relevant experience.
