Social Media & Advertising Manager

We are seeking a Social Media and Advertising Manager for our growing expansion in multiple states. The SM&A Manager will manage all the company’s branded social media accounts, including calendars, content creation, publishing, and engagement. This role will also be responsible for developing and implementing a digital influencer strategy. For advertising, the SM&A Manager will develop with input from operations and Marketing the traditional (non-digital) calendar and buying strategy for existing and upcoming offices. The position reports on all activities and adjusts as needed. We’re looking for a team player who is willing to take on additional roles as needed.

Social Media Responsibilities:

  • Develop an annual Social Media calendar and strategy that capitalizes on social trends and environmental influences for each platform as part of the omnichannel/ecosystem strategy for all Abra Health Group brands.
  • Create engaging social media content and publish it in a timely manner.
  • Fully manage all social media accounts for accuracy and timeliness, including: Facebook/Instagram/Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile pages, Nextdoor, and other platforms.
  • Develop Social Media liaisons within each Abra Health Group office and build relationships with offices.
  • Grow following and engagement.
  • Travel to offices to capture relevant content as needed.
  • Develop and implement a Social Media influencer strategy.
  • Position Abra Health Group and its brands as thought leaders in the dental space.
  • Analytically report social engagement and publishing results.
  • Propose recommendations to adjust strategy based on data.

Advertising Responsibilities:

  • Develop an annual advertising calendar and strategy as part of the omnichannel/ecosystem strategy.
  • Manage traditional (non-digital) advertising channels (Out of Home, In-Home, etc.).
  • Negotiate and manage contracts and ensure timely purchase of approved media spend.
  • Coordinate with Advertising Agency, Designers, and other Creative Consultants for timely content creation.
  • Analytically report on advertising spend and efficacy for all media.
  • Propose recommendations to adjust strategy based on data.

Qualifications:

  • Experienced Media Buyer and negotiator.
  • Exceptional, clear, and concise communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational, follow-through, and time management skills.
  • An outgoing, charismatic personality.
  • A self-starter, autonomous marketer who takes ownership of responsibilities.
  • Have own transportation and the ability to travel between Abra Health Group offices (NJ, PA, & CT).
