The advertising sales arm of Spectrum, Spectrum Reach, offers best-in-class premium video solutions to business owners and advertising agencies nationwide. Spectrum Reach has an opportunity with our In Market Sales Team as an Account Executive to grow our sales, evangelize Spectrum Reach Media Solutions, and expand awareness of Spectrum Reach’s offering to advertisers. As an Account Executive, you will lead all sales and client management responsibilities of your book of business and drive revenue through a combination of account management and proactive selling of our data-driven media solutions.

Responsibilities
- Lead all sales and client management for your book of business
- Drive revenue through a mix of account management and proactive selling of data-driven media solutions
- Forecast and report on sales activity and performance
- Engage with brands and advertising agencies to understand challenges and position Spectrum Reach solutions
- Adapt communication style to different levels of technical expertise
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue expectations
- 3+ years of sales, with 2+ years in digital advertising (preferably CTV), insertion order media, and/or managed services to marketing decision-makers
- Ability to use data in developing and selling a media strategy
- Adept at presenting complex solutions in a simple, understandable way
- Understanding of the media landscape and evolving advertising dynamics
- Familiarity with the Adtech ecosystem (ad networks, ad exchanges, SEM, DSP, SSP, etc.)
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage C-level clients; negotiates effectively
- Local and regional travel; valid driver’s license and safe driving record
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to build processes and stay accountable to goals
- Knowledge of Salesforce
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, changing environment while maintaining client relationships and business excellence
- Knowledge of media research and planning tools (eg Strata, ComScore, Nielsen, GA4)
- Interest in the convergence of entertainment, technology, and data for Spectrum Reach and customers
