Overview
Mastercard Services is responsible for acquiring, engaging and retaining customers by managing fraud and risk, cybersecurity and improving the digital payments experience while providing value added services and using expertise, data-driven insights and execution support. Within Mastercard Services, our Customer Acquisition & Engagement business drives profitable business growth and maximizes customer lifetime value by transforming routine interactions into lasting relationships. We leverage our data, personalization, incentives, and optimization, to efficiently acquire high value new customers, drive engagement and loyalty. Our products include strategic consulting, campaign and creative design and execution, ongoing optimization and personalization, rewards and offers, and loyalty program design and execution.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop the strategy to systematically unlock the power of the network and aggregator partnerships at a global level, while considering regional and local nuances.
- Understand the technology used today by networks, aggregators, and Mastercard, and anticipate future technology directions to guide the strategy.
- Clearly communicate complex business needs including tech and operations so that the business and technical teams can translate requirements.
All About You
- Expert in card-linked offers and affiliate marketing programs with established advertising network relationships.
- Deep understanding of the network and aggregator ecosystem.
- Historically scoped and scaled card-linked and affiliate offers programs in similar roles; able to articulate what is needed and where to scale.
- Skilled at navigating complex organizations with multiple stakeholders; can shift conversation between technology and business teams.
- Proven ability to act with persistent and urgent approach to tasks.
- Experience managing multiple projects with close attention to detail.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required.

- Arlington, Virginia: $114,000 - $182,000 USD
- Miami, Florida: $99,000 - $158,000 USD
- New York City, New York: $119,000 - $190,000 USD
- O'Fallon, Missouri: $99,000 - $158,000 USD
