Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough client consultations prior to service and record notes in the client chart
• Schedule procedures with clients
• Perform daily procedures/applications of services for scheduled clients at a high level of quality and care
• Lead clients through the experience to schedule touch-up appointments
• Explain aftercare instructions to clients
• Address client concerns during and after procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized procedure room/work station
• Manage inventory and report needs to management
• Ensure proper sanitization of all implements according to Lash Lounge protocol and licensing
• Contribute to salon cleanliness and help with general duties as needed
• Promote salon and services at events and perform services to support brand building
• Perform semi-permanent eyelash extensions, volume extensions, lash/brow tinting, lash perming, facial threading, makeup application, and permanent makeup procedures
• Complete all Lash Lounge required training

Requirements

• Active Florida Cosmetology/Esthetics License is REQUIRED
• Excellent customer service and professional interaction with the public
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills
• Ability to educate clients on products and services offered
• Great work ethic, highly organized, and detail-oriented
• Ability to engage and retain customers
• Ability to up-sell products and services
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Positive attitude and outgoing personality

• Ability to pass background check
• Complete Lash Lounge required training; proprietary training will be provided on all services
