Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Audio Visual Technician located in Omaha, NE.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on AV support in classrooms, auditoriums, and event spaces.
• Set up, configure, test and troubleshoot AV equipment.
• Deliver face-to-face technical support to instructors, presenters, and attendees.
• Ensure optimal AV system performance and train users on proper operation.
• Collaborate with IT departments and vendors on AV networking needs.
• Travel occasionally to Lincoln, NE for onsite support.
