Bloomberg Radio has a part-time contract opportunity for a motivated, hardworking Producer to contribute to its audio and video platforms from New York. The Producer will serve as the lead producer for a weekly podcast, handling everything from recording, editing and posting to booking guests and scheduling talent. There is also an opportunity to work with the video team on switching live video feeds, creating graphics and editing video for both live and on-demand platforms. Candidates should have extensive skills in audio and video storytelling, strong editorial news judgment, experience directing and producing talent, a commitment to detail, and the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced setting. This role requires a creative approach to tasks, a robust work ethic, and strong multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead producer for a weekly podcast, including recording, editing, and posting


• Book guests and schedule talent; manage the full end-to-end production process


• Collaborate with the video team: switch live video feeds, create graphics, and edit video for live and on-demand platforms
