Job Summary

Working in the Jewelry Television Production Department as a Production Assistant, you will be part of a live, 24/7 studio environment. You will gain insight into the live show and understand how each area contributes to the overall programming vision. This role requires strong multitasking, excellent communication, time management, a sense of urgency, and the ability to react quickly in a dynamic environment. The Production Assistant must have solid organizational skills, attention to detail, dependability, and adaptability to the needs of the live show. Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Preparing product for broadcast
• Assist in executing live show plan
• Prepare and break down live shows
• Assist broadcast team with live shows

Qualifications

• Video Production or equivalent experience (other work history considered)
• Product knowledge helpful but not required
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Strong time management and sense of urgency
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and prioritize work based on business needs
• Weekend and holiday availability due to 24/7 staffing
• Associates or Bachelors degree in a production-related field a plus but not required
