Base pay range

$22.00/hr - $26.00/hr

Responsibilities

  • Resident relations: Collect and post rent payments, assist residents with maintenance requests and concerns, and ensure prompt and professional follow-up.
  • Leasing support: Assist with apartment leasing, lease renewals, and move-in/move-out coordination. Help maintain occupancy goals through outreach and resident retention strategies.
  • Administrative duties: Manage resident files, waiting lists, and ensure documentation (income, rent calculations, recertifications, inspections) is completed accurately and on time.
  • Community walks: Conduct regular property inspections to maintain curb appeal, safety, and cleanliness.
  • Vendor & contractor coordination: Build and maintain relationships with third-party service providers for timely, quality work on-site.
  • Compliance & reporting: Ensure resident files comply with policies and housing regulations. Assist with audits, reporting, and data collection.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus
  • 3+ years of experience in leasing, property management, real estate, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Positive attitude, team-player mindset, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of property management operations and resident services
