Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly motivated and eager-to-learn Digital Communication & Content Writer to design and deliver engaging communication strategies that accelerate adoption of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Dataverse). This role combines storytelling, technical communication, and community engagement—helping business users, makers, and IT audiences understand and apply low-code apps, automation, and AI in practical, impactful ways.

Impact of the Role

• This role is central to driving awareness, enablement, and adoption of low-code and AI-powered solutions. By combining technical accuracy with engaging storytelling, you will empower clients and makers to confidently adopt the Power Platform, foster a thriving community of practice, and accelerate digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver clear, concise, and compelling content: blogs, newsletters, FAQs, technical guides, presentations, success stories, and campaign materials.
• Run interactive engagement programs such as office hours, Ask Me Anything (AMA) sessions, live demos, and workshops to support adoption and knowledge sharing.
• Manage and grow community channels (e.g., Yammer/Viva Engage, Teams, intranet pages) to foster collaboration, peer learning, and self-service support.
• Document and communicate technical analyses, solution designs, and specifications, including rationale for preferred approaches over alternatives.
• Translate complex low-code, automation, and AI concepts into simple, relatable narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across organizational boundaries, building effective partnerships and cultivating strong client relationships.
• Track adoption trends, user feedback, and FAQs to refine content and support materials.
• Ensure all communication complies with organizational branding, governance, and security standards.
• Take personal ownership of deliverables—meeting deadlines, driving results, and proactively solving problems.

Qualifications & Skills

• Eager to learn, with a growth mindset and passion for low-code apps, automation, and AI.
• 2+ years of relevant experience (content, communications, technical writing, or adoption programs) and automation implementation.
• Strong writing and editing skills in English, able to clearly convey complex technical ideas.
• Proven experience documenting and communicating technical solutions and best practices.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Dataverse) or willingness to rapidly upskill.
• Experience managing communities (Yammer, Teams, SharePoint) and facilitating interactive sessions.
• Exposure to Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile delivery (Scrum) is an advantage.
• Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills—able to work productively across teams and respect diverse points of view.
