Content Designer/Writer Job at Matlen Silver in Charlotte

Overview

Content Writer/Designer for an 18-month contract. Location: Charlotte, NC or Raleigh, NC (4 days onsite). Pay Range: $50 – $53/hr.

Eligibility: Due to client requirements this job is open to USC or Green Card Holders Only. No C2C.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design user-focused digital content.
• Apply content design and information architecture best practices.
• Leverage A/B testing, user research, and analytics to inform decisions.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines with ease.

Requirements

• 2+ years in content design, marketing, copywriting, or related field.
• Experience with content design principles and information architecture.
• Familiarity with A/B testing, user research, and performance analytics.

Preferred

• Experience in financial services, especially retail banking.
• Knowledge of CMS, Figma, and Miro.
