Under the supervision of the Chief Creative Officer, as our Social Media & Content Creator, you’ll be the online voice of FlyteVu, responsible for seeking out and responding to opportunities to create and post content on behalf of our agency, and a creative force behind client social-first campaigns. You’ll create content that highlights FlyteVu’s people, culture, and work, while also developing bold, timely ideas that help clients connect authentically with their audiences. You will bring energy, curiosity, and a solutions-first mindset to everything you do—and thrive in collaborative environments where no two days are the same. You must be dialed into the speed of pop-culture, with instincts for what’s relevant and shareable. From concepting and producing client social-first campaigns to capturing, editing, and publishing daily content across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging channels, you’ll bring curiosity, energy, and a proactive approach that showcases our work, people, and point of view.

Detailed Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day management of FlyteVu’s social media channels
  • Concept and pitch ideas as part of larger client presentations
  • Build and manage strategic content calendars aligned with propelling the agency voice, client launches, and thought leadership opportunities
  • Pitch and create content that supports FlyteVu’s priorities and client KPIs
  • Bring content ideas to the team that range from informative to fun, film and edit them
  • Communicate creative needs to internal designers, and provide strategic direction and feedback
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client launches, talent content, and information from the CEO
  • Track and analyze performance metrics across platforms to optimize content strategy, surface key insights, and inform testing.
  • Own the creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports—building both spreadsheets and decks to clearly communicate learnings, trends, and opportunities to the social team, cross-functional partners, and leadership.
  • Own the scheduling and publishing of all social content across platforms, ensuring posts go live on time and in alignment with our content calendar.
  • Own platform-level channel health and innovation—testing new features, tools, and content formats regularly
  • Occasionally step in to support larger content production team on an as-needed-basis

Needed Competencies and Skills:

  • Ability to identity trends and translate to ways that are relevant for FlyteVu to capitalize on via content creation
  • Strong analytical mindset; able to build, interpret, and report on platform insights, engagement metrics, and video performance to optimize content strategy and surface key learnings
  • Experience building monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports in both spreadsheet and deck formats, with confidence presenting insights to cross-functional partners, directors, and senior leadership
  • Experience with social listening—actively monitoring conversations, sentiment, and cultural signals across platforms to identify opportunities, flag potential risks, and inform content and engagement strategy
  • Experience working within a fast-paced, high-growth environment—paired with a self-starter mindset and the ability to prioritize, pivot, and collaborate across teams with ease
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities—while staying organized and proactive
  • Ability to connect social performance to broader business goals and marketing KPIs

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience as a social media manager or content producer
  • Proven success managing and/or creating content across various platforms, specifically Instagram and LinkedIn.
  • Strong creative judgment and the ability to give thoughtful feedback on content and storytelling
  • Experience owning social content calendars and publishing workflows, with strong organizational, communication, and project management skills

Education Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Entertainment, Film, Music, Communications, Advertising, Production Management or similar); equivalent experience considered.
