We are seeking a talented Creative Media Design Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative marketing programs and create engaging content in a flexible work environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality, brand-aligned content across various media, including print, digital, and social platforms.
• Participate in project brainstorming sessions and collaborate with the Art Director to create visually compelling materials.
• Manage multiple projects from ideation through completion while ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines.
• Engage with cross-functional partners to produce targeted and relevant content that meets strategic goals.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail by following established brand guidelines and internal processes.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or fine arts with a minimum of two years of relevant experience.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong visual communication skills with a solid understanding of design principles, including layout and typography.
• Ability to organize and manage design files and assets effectively.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with video editing and motion graphics using tools like Premier Pro and After Effects.
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS.
• Knowledge of project management software and cloud-based tools.
• Background in the medical device or healthcare industry is a plus.
