POV Brand Management is hiring: Social Media Content Creator in New York

POV Brand Management is a fast-growing digital marketing agency helping brands connect with their audiences through content that actually makes an impact. We’re looking for a NYC-based Content Creator who lives and breathes social to join our team this fall and support our growing roster of clients. This hybrid, part-time role (10–15 hrs/week) is perfect for a student or early-career creative looking to gain real agency experience, build their portfolio, and work with some of the most exciting up-and-coming brands in NYC.

What You\'ll Do

• Capture high-quality photo + video content at client shoots in NYC.
• Edit short-form content (Reels/TikToks) with strong pacing, hooks, and captions.
• Create visual assets like posts, thumbnails, carousels, and ads.
• Collaborate with our strategy + account team to bring creative concepts to life.
• Deliver and organize final files clearly and consistently.

What You Bring

• Experience in photography + videography (bonus if you have your own camera gear).
• Strong editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut).
• Graphic design experience (Canva, Photoshop/Illustrator, or similar).
• Solid understanding of social media trends and platform best practices.
• Ability to manage deadlines, stay organized, and collaborate with a fast-moving team.

Role Details

• NYC-based hybrid role: ~2 half-days per week in-person + flexible remote worktime.
• 10–15 hours per week.
• Paid hourly position.
• Runs Oct–Dec (90-day trial) with opportunity to extend into 2026 part-time or full-time if it\'s a great fit.
• Start date: Sept 29 / Oct 1.
