Your role is to be the resident guru around all things Fine Jewelry in the store. You know these products inside and out and educate customers on how your merchandise can enrich their lives.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales: Engage customers in a friendly manner, determine needs, and help customers decide on products. Inform customers of key product attributes to generate interest and build clientele. Meet or exceed sales goals through product knowledge and customer service for Fine Jewelry. Actively engage customers to support the Instant Credit Application Process (iCAP).
• General Operations: Participate in inventory processes (annual inventory, cycle counts, system uploads, stock ledger, RFID scans). Participate in Merchandise Transfer Out, Return to Vendor, Return to Warehouse and Defective Merchandise Transfer Out activities. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
• Performance Standards: Support shrink and safety initiatives and meet performance standards for the role, including iCAP, product and service sales, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance.

• Work experience: Minimum of 2 years retail experience

Compensation includes 1% commission on qualified merchandise sales and 10% commission for Service and Care plans.
