Luxury Fashion & Timepiece Manager - Jared - Outlets at Bergen Town Center
Base pay range: $15.75/hr - $20.10/hr. Final pay rate will be determined based on experience and qualifications. This role may include commission on sales.
Responsibilities
- Serve guests and promote store and personal sales (40% time allocated).
- Consistently attains sales and performance standards, supports special events and store promotions.
- Promotes an environment of total guest satisfaction by making the guest’s jewelry needs the first priority.
- Provides an exceptional guest experience by aligning with the guest’s agenda and following up using the Clienteling system.
- Monitors guest flow and assists with matching the appropriate team member to the guest.
- Supervises fashion merchandise categories (diamond fashion, gold, color) and timepiece brands; trains team members on fashion merchandise and timepieces.
- Oversees fashion and timepiece merchandise launches, promotions, visuals, and merchandising; maintains product knowledge across store merchandise.
- Acts as point of contact with vendor partners and completes vendor trainings, eLearnings, and incentive submissions for the store.
- Reviews weekly fashion and timepiece reporting and coordinates with management to develop training plans to improve merchandise sales and guest experience.
- Collaborates with Management Team on recruiting, hiring, scheduling, performance appraisals, and team communications; supports management in their absence.
- Keeps the General Manager informed of personnel and security concerns and merchandising needs; responds to guest complaints in partnership with the GM.

Physical Demands
Must be able to stand for long periods, reach with hands and arms, move between display cases, handle merchandise, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift/move up to 10 pounds. Visual acuity to discern differences in merchandise quality.
Work Schedule
- As required by the store, including evenings and weekends.
- Three nights per week or as required by the General Manager.
- Sundays on an alternating basis or as needed.
- Store hours may vary during special events and peak selling times.
