Graphic Designer

Must be able to commute onsite 2-3x/week to the SOHO NYC office. Please no third party help. We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role will focus on executing high-volume production work for direct mail and email campaigns, ensuring strict adherence to brand standards and regulatory requirements that have already been put in place.

Responsibilities

• Modify and adapt existing creative assets for campaigns with variable content (e.g., headlines, images, disclaimers, sponsor logos).
• Manage multiple campaign versions (state-specific requirements, personalized member communications).
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across all deliverables while maintaining brand/design guidelines.
• Handle ad hoc design requests and switch priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with campaign leads and creative stakeholders for feedback and oversight.
• Use Adobe InDesign (for direct mail) and Figma (for digital/email) to deliver high-quality assets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in production graphic design.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Figma.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to thrive in repetitive, detail-heavy tasks.
• Experience in enterprise or highly structured corporate environments.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, pivot quickly, and remain calm under shifting priorities.
• Familiarity with regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, finance, hospitality); healthcare would be preferred.
