Overview

Experiential Graphic Designer
Our client is seeking an Experiential Graphic Designer to bring brand stories to life through immersive environments and visual design. This role blends creativity, cultural insight, and technical skill to concept and deliver unique brand experiences inspired by youth culture. The designer will support global initiatives, including product launches and influencer events, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the spirit of the brand is represented across physical and digital spaces.

This role is onsite in Boston, Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts for product launches and branded environments that reflect youth culture and emerging trends.
• Design experiential spaces, including layout, lighting, and environmental graphics, translating ideas into 3D visualizations.
• Create compelling presentation materials in Keynote to communicate concepts to stakeholders and partners.
• Provide creative briefs and design direction for architects and production teams to build out experiential spaces.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure design solutions align with overall brand strategy and guidelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in brand experience, graphic design, and environmental/spatial design.
• Strong portfolio that demonstrates process, creativity, and alignment with youth culture in design work.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp or Rhino, and Keynote; Figma experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in design, industrial design, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Deep curiosity for youth culture across style, music, art, sport, and technology, with the ability to translate cultural insights into design.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset.

Compensation: Up to $47.33/hr. (DOE)
